We understand the merchandise might not be a "true fit" and the item may need to be exchanged for a smaller/bigger size. If you are located on Kauai, and require an EVEN EXCHANGE, we will try our best to accommodate you. However, the item(s) may need to be unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags attached AND in sale-able condition! We will communicate directly with you to make the exchange. If you are unsure of your size and you'd like to meet with a size bigger/smaller please note it in the message section when you checkout online. We'd be more then happy to bring similar items at the time of pick-up!  

All online orders shipped that need to be "exchanged" for a bigger/smaller size is subject to a 10% restocking fee. You, the customer, will be responsible for all shipping fees to return and resend the correct size. All item(s) will need to be unused, unwashed, unaltered, unworn, with all tags attached in sale-able condition. Once your return is received by us we will inspect the item and contact you for replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds for items that was incorrectly shipped
All items that was sent by mistake by us will be handled accordingly. Please email us of the issue ASAP and we will make it right.
